PhilSCA’s Futures Thinking Flight Plan Takes Off!

From October 8-10, 2023, the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through its International and Local Linkages Office (PILLO), embarked on an exciting journey of “Calibrating the Futures Thinking Flight Plan,” An Executive Training on Futures Thinking and Strategic Foresight (Phase 1) with the guidance of the Philippine Futures Thinking Society Resident Futurists, Mr. Noel De Guia, and Ms. Jalaine Joyce Malabanan who illuminated our path towards innovation and foresight. Thanks to the visionary leadership of Prof. Marwin M. Dela Cruz, Ph.D., we are charting new skies at PhilSCA, from being “Aviation” to becoming “A-Vision About the Nation”. A heartfelt salute to the Honorable Senator Pia S.
