On June 5, 2024, a compelling dialogue unfolded at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) as the PhilSCA President, Prof. Marwin M. Dela Cruz, the esteemed Members of the PhilSCA Board of Trustees, MGen Ramon A Ragasa AFP (RET), and BGen Isidoro T Macaranas AFPT (Ret) engaged in a conversation with the BS Air Transportation (BSAT) Batch Charlie students. The purpose was to instill realistic expectations in the Batch Charlie students, who are recipients of Free Higher Education, and to prepare them for the rigors of their program’s upcoming flight training phase.
