Accreditation is the instrument wherein PhilSCA can really measure its competencies and be afforded the capability of having met the standards of quality assurance in its programs. It is like submitting ourselves to a "balance scorecard" where our performances are evaluated and measured through an objective evaluation conducted by an external entity. An organization can only honestly develop itself if it knows its strengths, weaknesses and competencies.
