In strong support of Senate Bill No. 2969, also known as the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP) Bill, Senator Alan Peter Cayetano visited the PhilSCA Fernando Air Base (FAB) Campus. Senator Cayetano was assisted and toured to the Campus by College President Prof. Marwin M. Dela Cruz, Ph.D and FAB Campus Director Martell Gerard Anthony C. Geli.
Senator Cayetano, the Chairperson of Senate Committee on Higher, Technical and Vocational Education serves as one of the principal sponsor of the NAAP Bill in the Senate. He emphasized the importance of investing in aviation education to meet the increasing global demand for pilots, aircraft mechanics, and aviation professionals.
