From PD 1078 (1977) to RA 7605 (1992), the RA 12255 (2025) is now a law declaring the Philippine State College of Aeronautics as the NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL INSTITUTION FOR AVIATION, renaming it as the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP)!
