Memorandum of Understanding was signed between PhilSCA and World Citi Colleges (WCC)

On May 19, 2023, at PhilSCA AVR, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between PhilSCA and World Citi Colleges (WCC) in support of the PhilSCA project: “Twinning and Training Program between the Philippine State College of Aeronautics with the Philippine Air Force and World Citi Colleges, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT),” which was approved and funded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
