4 September 2025 | The Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) sealed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Philippine Airlines Foundation Inc. (PALFI) for the donation of vital technical equipment and aircraft parts—a gift that will directly shape the hands-on learning journey of our PhilSCAns as they prepare to join and lead in the aviation workforce.

We were also honored by the presence of PAL President Richard Nutall, who witnessed this milestone of shared commitment.
In his message, Atty. Fernandez emphasized that partnerships like this are cornerstones of nation-building, guided by two clear goals:
- To train and equip the next generation of the aviation workforce
- To inspire future travelers through quality education
President Dela Cruz echoed this vision, underscoring that in the aviation industry, PhilSCA and PALFI stand not as competitors but as partners—bound by a shared mission to serve the greater good through collaboration and interdependence.
Through this generous donation, PALFI strengthens PhilSCA’s Aircraft Maintenance Technology (AMT) program, ensuring our students gain industry-relevant training, practical skills, and the confidence to seamlessly integrate into the aviation workforce—ready to serve and make an impact.
