The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) and TTA Technology Training Associates, (a wholly owned subsidiary of) the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, for the Twinning and Training Program between Philippine State College of Aeronautics with the Philippine Air Force and World Citi Colleges, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology for the Ladderized Diploma in Aircraft Technology leading to Bachelor’s Degree in Aircraft Technology.
