PhilSCA officials actively participated in the 2025 PASUC Midterm Convention and General Assembly, with College President Dr. Marwin M. Dela Cruz serving as PASUC Vice President for NCR. The convention opened with the Entrance of Colors led by the PhilSCA ROTC Cadets and Cadettes. Among the key highlights were the powerful lecture of Hon. Shirley C. Agrupis, Chairperson of CHED, on “Trends and the Future of Philippine Higher Education”, the inspirational talk of DBM Secretary Hon. Amenah F. Pangandaman on “Empowering SUCs through Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence”, and the keynote address of CHED Commissioner Marita R. Canapi, Chairperson of the PhilSCA Board of Trustees, on “Redefining SUC Governance for Transformative and Innovative Higher Education.”
