1. Who may enroll? QUALIFIED INCOMING FRESHMEN ONLY meaning those who are in the list of PhilSCA Admission Test Passers/GWA Qualifiers posted through PhilSCAAT Bulletin Numbers 1-10 (Villamor), and in FAB/BAB/MAB Campuses.
2. If QUALIFIED, how to enroll?
First, make sure you have an ACTIVE E-MAIL ADDRESS.
Second, SCAN, and SAVE a COMPLETE softcopy of the following:
• Latest 2×2 picture with white background
• Form 138 (Report Card) for SHS graduate
* Transcript of Record (for Transferees)
* Certificate of Good Moral Character
* Certificate of Live Birth
Put FILE NAME in each scanned document for quick identification.
Again, make sure you have the COMPLETE requirements before you log-in. INCOMPLETE documents will not be processed.

3. READ, READ, READ AND FOLLOW THE FLOWCHART BELOW.

4. LOG-IN and COMPLETELY FILL-OUT ALL the needed data in the APPLICATION FORM. No shortcut. No skipping.
Example: Address: enter your COMPLETE ADDRESS and not just the City or Barangay.

5. CLICK ONLY THE PROGRAM WHERE YOU QUALIFY BASED ON THE LIST OF PASSERS/QUALIFIERS. If your name is listed under AAMT, do not click BSAMT or other programs. If you qualify under BSAIS, do not click AAMT, and so on…
CLICK ONLY THE CAMPUS WHERE YOU APPLIED AND QUALIFIED. Do not apply in other campuses.

6. CLICK “SUBMIT” ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETELY FILLED-OUT ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION IN THE APPLICATION FORM.

7. WAIT for the NOTIFICATIONS to be sent via e-mail, and READ, UNDERSTAND and FOLLOW instructions.
