Memorandum of Understanding between PhilSCA and WCC
On May 19, 2023, at PhilSCA AVR, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between PhilSCA and World Citi Colleges (WCC) in support of the PhilSCA project: “Twinning and Training Program between the Philippine State College of Aeronautics with the Philippine Air Force and World Citi Colleges, and the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).
