The PM Session of the 45th Commencement Exercises of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics – Fernando Air Base Campus is currently taking place at the Aquamarine Recreational Center.
With the theme, “Ascending Globally, Innovating Locally: Elevating PhilSCA’s Legacy Into the Future of Aviation,” this milestone event celebrates not only academic achievement but also the beginning of a new chapter for our graduates—equipped to soar in the ever-evolving world of aviation.
