The Philippine State College of Aeronautics has reached an exciting milestone that underscores its commitment to excellence in aviation training. The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has awarded a prestigious FIVE-YEAR Aviation Training Organization Certificate (ATOC) to the PhiLSCA Villamor Campus, Fernando Air Base Campus, and Basa Air Base Campus. Furthermore, the Mactan Campus has also been recognized with a THREE-YEAR Aviation Training Organization Certificate.
