The Need to Outsource Training Aircraft

Special Order Number 124 series 2011 dated July 14, 2011 created a Committee for Outsourcing and Procurement of a Trainer meantime that the Maintenance and Repair of the Tampicosare still being undertaken.There is a need to outsource training aircraft from other flying school to pursue and prepare the ground and flight training needs of the BSAT students whether it is wet or dry lease, or procure new trainer aircraft. The wet lease scheme is an immediate solution and best suited where the aircraft, pilots, maintenance and insurance are borne by te selected flying school

Four (4) CAAP accredited flying schools (Leading Edge Academy International Inc., OMNI Aviation Inc. Masters Flying School and the Flight and Simulator Training Inc.) lined up and the Flight and Simulator Training (FAST) Inc. was chosen as beneficial and advantageous to the governement as approved by the school's Bids and Awards Committee
